Welcome To My Lab
Hi, I'm Connell McBride, a prizewinning keyboardist, composer and electronic artist from rural Ireland. I make experimental electronic music that incorporates elements of House, Hip Hop, Folk, Traditional Irish, Funk and Jazz.
Making music doesn't happen by accident, it is a process. Whether I am producing a new track or designing a syllabus for my students, my goal is always the same: strip away the confusion and get straight to the music.
This space is dedicated to exploring my passion for keyboards and electronic music performance looking at the entire process from Practice though Process to Performance. Here you will find my Method including practice blueprints, the music theory and the practical resources I build to help master this craft.
There is no filler here. Just the music, and the mechanics behind it.
